If you want to observe an ongoing automated conversation between the Claire A.I. and your travelers, you can do so by logging into the Claire Chat Center. Click on the blue Automation queue in the upper right. Now you see all the travelers that are currently conversing with Claire. Hover over a traveler to see the blue “View” button. Click on “View” in order to open the conversation. The conversation is greyed out because you are a silent observer.
If you want to take over the conversation, disable the A.I. and chat with the traveler yourself, just click on the “Assign to me” button in the upper right corner of the conversation window. Now the Claire A.I. is switched off and you can type in the text input box at the bottom of the conversation window to chat with the traveler.
After you’re done servicing the traveler, make sure to click “Resolve” in the upper right corner of the conversation window to turn the A.I. back on and put the traveler back into the automation queue.
